Why I created this

I spent years in technical leadership waiting for someone to explain what actually changes when you move from being good at the work to leading through ambiguity, influence, visibility, and people.

Nobody really did.

The 6 Real Rules are the framework I wish I’d had — built from my own experience leading in STEM and the patterns I now see repeatedly in women navigating the same transition.
