The Real Rules of STEM Leadership is a small-group coaching experience built specifically for the STEM context — a world with its own culture, norms, and power dynamics. Over 8 weeks, you'll learn the unspoken rules that govern how leadership actually works in technical organizations, and develop the tools, frameworks, and self-trust to use them.
The cohort model is not incidental — it's core. There is something uniquely powerful about navigating this transition alongside other women who understand exactly what you're up against. The community you build here is part of what you take with you.
What We'll Explore
Each week, we'll demystify one essential rule of leadership in STEM environments:
Rule #1: Ambiguity is the job.
Learn to navigate uncertainty without needing all the answers first.
Rule #2: Influence moves work – Authority amplifies it.
Understand the distinction and how to use both effectively.
Rule #3: Clarity is your currency.
Strengthen your ability to articulate vision, boundaries, and needs.
Rule #4: Psychological safety enables performance.
Create conditions where people (including you) can do their best work.
Rule #5: Personal and team visibility provides organizational clarity.
Navigate visibility strategically without self-promotion discomfort.
Rule #6: Resistance is data, not a stop sign.
Reframe pushback as information rather than personal failure.
Each rule comes with practical frameworks and tools you can apply immediately — in real work, with real people, in the actual system you're navigating.

Format:
8 weekly group coaching sessions (1.5 hours each)
Intimate cohort of 4-6 women leaders
Virtual sessions via Zoom
What's Included:
Weekly live group coaching sessions with structured discussion and peer learning
Practical frameworks and worksheets for each rule
Between-session reflection assignments to deepen your learning
A supportive community of women navigating similar challenges
Time Commitment:
1.5 hours per week for live sessions
30-60 minutes between sessions for reflection and assignments

Founding Cohort: $2,400 (limited to the first 4-6 participants)
This rate is discounted and reserved for founding members who will help shape this program through their participation and feedback. Founding cohort members get something beyond the curriculum: direct access to a founder who is deeply invested in their experience and outcomes. This is the most supported version of this program that will ever exist.
