The Real Rules Sprint
Three live sessions for women in STEM who are stepping into leadership and done figuring it out alone.
Nobody hands you the new rules when you move into leadership. You’re expected to make decisions without enough information, get your work seen by people who aren’t in the room, and lead a team while still doing the technical work.
The Real Rules Sprint is three focused sessions where you’ll learn the rules that matter most in your first stretch of leadership and apply them to the real situations you’re facing right now.
You’ll walk away able to:
Make sound calls without waiting for certainty
Get your work seen by the people who make decisions
Know what’s yours to hold, and let go of the rest

Your guide
I’m Heather Quigley, PhD, a chemical engineer and former R&D group leader with 12 years in industry. I made the move into leadership without anyone explaining the real rules. I built this Sprint so you don’t have to figure them out alone.
Enrollment opens Nov 10. Join the waitlist for first access to the beta price before it opens to everyone else.
